Located in the lower part of Manhattan, Wall Street is an eight-block-long street. Speaking of the Big Apple, Wall Street has become the second most popular street, after Broadway. There are so many excuses why you’d want to go here. Although the majority would simply associate the street with money, there’s so much more to it than that. For starters, the food. Is. Brilliant. There are so many restaurants and fine dines that will leave your tastebuds craving for more. The history and the architecture that adorns the street are beyond any competition. Wall Street used to actually have a wall, and the place was used for trading slaves in earlier times.
The new york city stock exchange is a pretty archaic building that is a once-in-a-lifetime experience. If you’re looking for a classical beginning to your stroll, this is it. Next up, we have the statue of the Charging Bull. The statue is pretty symbolic of the street and was a bronze present to New York by the Italian sculptor Arturo Di Modica.
