7. Chicago Observatory
Embedded within the city’s most astonishing skyscrapers, the John Hancock Building, the Chicago Observatory is built at the 94th floor and offers the best view of the city and a lake nearby, Lake Michigan. It offers a 360 degree breathtaking view of the entire city. Nevertheless, the story doesn’t end here. The most maddening site here is the TILT. With the storage space of eight passengers at once, the tilt is a an enclosed moving platform that straps you in and tilts you so that you face downwards and have a literal bird’s view at the city from 1030 feet above it! And if you are anyway acrophobic, you’d better stay away.
TILT is something that you must do if you happen to be in Chicago. Not only is it one of a kind but the view you’d get there would be forever glued to your memory like no other.
